## Filter rules (match site methodology)

1. Download the four mold-specific TDLR CSVs listed above.
2. Keep rows where `License Status` == `CURRENT` **and** `State` == `TX`.
3. Drop expired and out-of-state rows.
4. Do **not** hand-edit license numbers, names, statuses, or expiration dates.
5. Exclude Mold Remediation Workers (MRW), Mold Assessment Technicians (MAT), labs, and training providers (not in these four files).
6. Public CSV columns are county-level only (no street address republication in this package).
